GTR99 Terms and Conditions – Malaysia Platform User Guide

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to GTR99 (gtr99.one), an online entertainment platform built for Malaysia users. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and GTR99 ("Company", "we", "us").

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the GTR99 platform – whether through the website gtr99.one or the gtr99 mobile app – you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated in this document as well as our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please discontinue use of the GTR99 platform immediately. GTR99 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and you will be notified of any material changes via in-platform notifications.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To become a gtr99 member, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Minimum Age 18 Years – You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. gtr99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Resident in Malaysia – The gtr99 platform is designed exclusively for users residing in Malaysia. Registrations from outside the region are subject to assessment on a case-by-case basis.
• One Account Only – Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) gtr99 account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information – You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. False information may result in account suspension or termination.
• Identity Verification (KYC) – gtr99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as MyKad or passport at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected.

Accounts registered under another person's name or using false information will be terminated without prior notice, and any balance in such accounts may be confiscated.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

GTR99 supports a wide range of local Malaysia payment methods for members' convenience, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other online payment methods.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction.
• All deposits will be credited to your account within 1–5 minutes after a successful transaction.
• GTR99 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Only bank accounts or e-wallets registered under the same member's name are permitted for deposit purposes.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction.
• GTR99 processes all withdrawal requests within 5 minutes on both business days and weekends.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's name.
• GTR99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until the identity verification (KYC) process has been completed.
• Any withdrawal suspected of being linked to fraud or money laundering will be held pending further investigation.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

GTR99 offers a wide range of exciting bonuses and promotions to members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated in each offer. The following are general terms applicable to all GTR99 bonuses:

• All bonuses require a wagering requirement that must be met before withdrawals are permitted. The wagering ratio will be stated in each promotional offer.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member.
• GTR99 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse.

6. Acceptable User Conduct

• Registering or using another person's account without valid authorization.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to conceal your actual location.
• Launching any cyberattacks, hacking attempts, or activities that could compromise the security of the platform.
• Distributing offensive, obscene, threatening, or defamatory content through GTR99's communication channels.
• Engaging in any activity that may be associated with money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the GTR99 bonus system.

GTR99 monitors all account activity continuously. Any violation of these conduct guidelines will result in account suspension or termination without compensation.

• Any indirect, consequential losses, or loss of profits arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses resulting from internet service disruptions, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment providers and game providers.

9. Account Termination

You may close your GTR99 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. GTR99 also reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Self-exclusion request by the member for responsible gaming reasons.

Where an account is terminated at the member's request and no breach of terms has occurred, any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method after all verification processes are completed.
