Account & Registration

Questions about gtr99 account registration and login

Registering a gtr99 account is free and takes less than three minutes. Visit the registration page, enter an active Malaysia phone number, set a strong password, and enter the OTP code sent to your phone. Once verified, your account is immediately active and ready to use. You will also need to complete identity verification (KYC) before making your first withdrawal.

No. Each user is only permitted to hold one GTR99 account. Registering multiple accounts using different information violates the platform's terms and conditions and may result in all such accounts being permanently suspended, including any balances held within them. If you are experiencing issues with an existing account, contact GTR99 support for recovery assistance.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is a standard identity verification process used by all licensed financial and entertainment platforms. gtr99 requires KYC to protect accounts from misuse and to process withdrawals securely. You will need to upload a photo of your national ID (MyKad) and a selfie holding it. The review process is typically completed within 1–24 business hours.

On the gtr99 login page, click the "Forgot Password" link. Enter your registered phone number and a six-digit OTP code will be sent within 30 seconds. Enter the code, then set a new password containing at least eight characters — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers. The new password takes effect immediately.

Yes, your phone number can be updated through your account settings. This process requires additional identity verification to ensure account security. You will be asked to verify your old number before the new number is registered. If your old number is no longer active, please contact GTR99 support directly for assistance.

Deposit & Withdrawal

Questions about financial transactions at gtr99

GTR99 accepts a variety of deposit methods including online bank transfers (FPX), digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, and over-the-counter bank deposits. All transactions are processed through a payment gateway protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes after payment confirmation.

GTR99's minimum deposit is RM30 for most payment methods. The maximum limit varies by method — for bank transfers, the daily limit can reach RM50,000. For digital wallet deposits, the limit may be lower depending on your own wallet's cap. Check the deposit section in your account for the latest limits for each method.

gtr99 withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 3 hours during business hours. Withdrawals made on weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer. Ensure the bank account you registered is in your own name and has been verified through KYC — this significantly speeds up the withdrawal approval process.

There are several reasons a withdrawal may be declined — including incomplete KYC verification, unmet bonus wagering requirements, bank account details not matching the GTR99 account name, or an account under security review. Check the notifications in your account for the exact reason. If you are still unsure, contact the GTR99 support team via live chat for further clarification.

GTR99 does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. All transactions are free on the platform's end. However, your bank or digital wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees — this is beyond GTR99's control. Check your bank's fee policy before transacting if you are concerned about additional charges.

Promotions & Bonuses

Questions about gtr99 offers and bonuses

GTR99 offers an exclusive welcome bonus for new members making their first deposit. This bonus is typically in the form of a deposit match percentage or free game credits. The value and terms of the welcome bonus may change from time to time — please check the Promotions for the latest offers. Make sure you read the wagering requirements before claiming any bonus.

Wagering requirements refer to the total amount you need to wager before bonus funds can be converted to cash and withdrawn. For example, if you receive a RM50 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place bets totalling RM500 before you can withdraw those funds. Check the specific terms of each promotion on the gtr99 Promotions page, as rollover rates vary between offers.

GTR99's weekly cashback is calculated based on the net losses incurred during the specified period. The cashback percentage depends on your membership tier. Cashback is typically credited automatically to your account each week with no manual claim required. Check the Promotions page for the latest cashback rates and eligibility requirements.

Most gtr99 bonuses can be used across multiple game categories including slots, sports, bingo, and fish shooting games. However, some promotions may be restricted to specific categories only. For example, a slots bonus may only be valid for slot games. Read each promotion's terms carefully or ask the support team for confirmation before claiming a bonus.

Security & Protection

Questions about gtr99 account security and data

Yes, GTR99 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform's servers. An automated fraud detection system runs around the clock to identify any suspicious activity. Your personal data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties without consent — in accordance with GTR99's Privacy Policy.

Contact the GTR99 support team immediately via live chat. You can request a temporary account freeze to prevent any unauthorised transactions. Then, change your password and review the devices previously used to log in. GTR99 also recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security.

No, GTR99 will never ask for your password via SMS, email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you receive such a message claiming to be from GTR99, it is a phishing attempt. Never share your password with anyone and report any suspicious attempts to our support team.

Log in to your gtr99 account, go to Account Settings, and find the Security option. There, you can enable two-factor authentication, which will send an OTP code to your registered phone number each time you log in from a new device. This adds a significant layer of security and is highly recommended, especially for accounts with a high balance.

Gtr99 Games

Questions about slots, sports, bingo, and fish shooting games

GTR99 offers a wide range of game categories — video slots with hundreds of titles from world-leading providers, Sports Betting covering football, basketball, tennis, badminton, and e-sports, bingo rooms with various bet sizes, and exciting fish shooting games with high-quality graphics. All games use a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure complete fairness.

RTP (Return to Player) is a percentage that indicates how much money is expected to be returned to players from the total amount wagered over the long term. For example, a slot with 96% RTP means that on average, 96 cents of every RM1 wagered will be returned to the player. A higher RTP means better long-term winning odds. Check the RTP information on the details page of each slot game at gtr99.

Yes, GTR99 offers a demo mode for most slot games so you can try and understand the game mechanics without using real money. Demo mode uses virtual credits and requires no deposit. When you are ready, you can easily switch to real money mode via the button available in the game interface.

Log in to your gtr99 account and go to the Sports section. Select the sport you're interested in — football, tennis, basketball, and more. Choose the match you want to bet on, then select the bet type (winner, handicap, total goals, etc.) and enter your wagering amount. Review your betting slip and confirm. Results and wins will be credited automatically once the match ends.
