Complete Guide to Logging In to Your gtr99 Account
Logging in to your GTR99 account is a simple process that takes only a few seconds. The GTR99 platform is designed with Malaysian users' convenience in mind — no complicated procedures, no confusing steps. Whether you're on a smartphone or laptop, the login experience is always consistent and smooth.
To log in, simply enter the phone number or username you registered with when creating your account, followed by the password you set. Once you press the login button, the gtr99 system will verify your details in under five seconds and take you directly to your account dashboard.
GTR99 also offers a "Remember Me" option that allows your trusted device to keep your login session active for a longer period. This means you won't need to re-enter your details every time you want to play — simply open the platform and you're already in your account. However, we recommend not using this feature on shared or public devices.
If this is your first time accessing GTR99 from a new device, our security system may request additional verification via an OTP code sent to your registered phone number. This is a standard security measure that protects your account from unauthorized access.
Pro Tip: Always make sure you are accessing gtr99 via the official URL gtr99.one. Bookmark this page in your browser to avoid landing on fake sites impersonating gtr99.

Forgot Your Password? Here's How to Fix It
No need to panic if you have forgotten your gtr99 account password. The password reset process is designed to be as simple and fast as possible so you can get back to playing without delay.
On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link. You will be prompted to enter your registered phone number. The gtr99 system will send a six-digit OTP code to that number within 30 seconds. Enter the OTP code, then set a strong new password containing at least eight characters — a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
Your new password will take effect immediately and you can log in with it right away. For optimal security, we recommend using a unique password that is not used on any other platform. Avoid using your date of birth, your own name, or simple combinations such as "123456" as your GTR99 account password.
If your registered phone number is no longer active or is no longer in your possession, please contact the GTR99 support team via live chat for manual account recovery assistance. This process requires identity verification through KYC.
